New Class Schedule - Beginning October 2014

Our new class schedule, starting immediately.

Before we proceed into deeper material, we ust first lay the proper solid foundation.

I take pride in the fact that KosherTorah takes the difficult and makes it easy, takes the complicated, and makes it simple, and we are going to do it again, with this new course.

The Way of the Wisdom of Truth

An Brief, Explained, and Understandable Introduction into the System of the Theoretical Kabbalah

Symbols and metaphors abound, there are so many of them. It is so very important to be able to slice through the surface talk and get to the essence of what is discussed.

Few are those, even among those who study them, who are able to understand them properly in their correct and true psychological and personal applications.

This series will explain is proper simple, and applicable detail, one of the great texts of classical Theoretical Kabbalah, Sefer Derekh Hokhmat HaEmet (also called Klalot HaIlan), written by the master Italian Kabbalist, Moshe Hayim Luzzato,

We will look at each subject and recognize how all the symbolic language of the Kabbalah is to be properly understood. We will clearly make a distinction between those who understand these teachings through practice, and those who just talk about them, after reading books!

The text we will use is divided into ten chapters, each outlining the metaphors and symbols of the Theoretical Kabbalah. We will then open them up and see what they really mean, without all the hype, confusion, and misconceptions.

The ten chapters are:

  1. The Unity of the Ayn Sof, the Tzimtzum, the Halal, the Beam, Adam Kadmon (AK), the Lights of the Ears, Nose, and Mouth (of AK).

  2. The Lights of the Eyes (of AK), the world of the Nikudim, the shattering of the (primordial) vessels.

  3. Building the Partzuf (sefirotic face) of Atik, Arikh, Abba and Imma.

  4. Building the Partzuf of ZA in the stages of “pregnancy,” “suckling,” and “adulthood.”

  5. Building the Partzuf of Nok

  6. The Union of ZA and Nok

  7. The Cloaking of the Partzufim one with another

  8. Rectification of the Partzufim and the Worlds

  9. The Angels, the grades of the Other Side, and their functions.

  10. The Soul and its parts, its rectification by ibbur and reincarnation.

Like I said above, I take pride in the fact that KosherTorah takes the difficult and makes it easy, takes the complicated, and makes it simple, and we are going to do it again, with this new course.

I will be offering this class in the KosherTorah Monday Night Open Forum beginning Monday evening, October 27, 2014, and 8 p.m. ET.

This text has already been translated into English by another Rabbi, and his book is readily available on Amazon.com. Here is a link to it. (Please use the link on KosherTorah to access Amazon.com in order to help support us, thank you).

I am looking forward to having you all join me for this important class.

Tuesday nights, we will continue in the Kitvei HaAri'zal. We will begin our lessons in pulse readings, palm readings and facial readings from the Sha'ar Ruah HaKodesh.

Wednesday nights we will continue our series in Post Talmudic Jewish Messianism, starting with the teachings of R' Avraham Azuali's Hesed L'Avraham.
