The Dark Side & the Realm of the Spirits

Before any successful ascent into the realms of the holy one, must first pass beyond the lower domains. This semester we will discuss those domains and the passage through them.  Semester 1 is a prerequisite for Semester 2.

Tractenberg, Chapter 3 - The Power of Evil.

Expanded to cover the origins of evil - the Biblical Satan, the later "Devil," fallen angels in Enoch, demons in Rabbinic and Kabbalistic literature, earthbound souls.

Tractenberg, Chapter 4 - Man and Demons.

What are Shedim? What is their breeding program (Tziyuni). Are they all bad (Zohar, pre-Adamites).

Tractenberg, Chapter 5 - Spirits of the Dead.

Tales from the Talmud, Zohar and later literature (Mihat Eliyahu, Ruhot Misaperot). Earthbound souls, possessions and exorcisms. Order of exorcism from Fatiyah and Palaji. Other segulot of protection.

Tractenberg, Chapter 11 - War with the Spirits.

Defending children, pregnant women and infants.

Tractenberg, Chapter 12 - Nature and Man.

Nature spirits, earth spirits, other indigenous races, inner Earth races.

Tractenberg, Chapter 13 - Herbs and their Usage.

A general overview of traditional medicine in the Talmudic and mystical traditions. How illness and cures were often associated with "outside entities."
